Dexpace is not intended for storing personal data in unencrypted form. Only verifiable claims, public statuses, cryptographic signatures, validity periods, and links to or hashes of supporting documents are written to the blockchain.

Primary KYC/KYB documents, information on beneficial owners, source of funds, risk scoring and other sensitive data remain off-chain with licensed platforms or identity providers.

The user's Dexpace Passport is a portable on-chain identity, but it does not disclose personal data directly. The right to erasure and rectification of sensitive data is exercised at the level of off-chain storage and the procedures of the issuers of claims.

Terms

Dexpace provides infrastructure for the issuance, verification and transfer of permissioned digital instruments. Participants in the network are themselves responsible for compliance with applicable regulation, the accuracy of claims, the disclosure of documents, and the permissibility of issuance and secondary transfer in their jurisdictions.
